From word of mouth to a digital presence
NTC Real Estate had built an impressive portfolio of developments across Qatar, powered by reputation and connections. However, behind the scenes, there was no clear brand, no online presence, and no system to showcase their projects.
Their growth depended entirely on organic connections and personal relationships, making for a model that couldn’t scale sustainably, especially with multiple high-value properties under development. It was time for a brand and digital experience that matched the caliber of their work
Building trust through strategy and design
After multiple disappointing experiences, NTC needed more than just another design team. They needed a partner they could trust.
We started from the ground up. Our process began with a comprehensive strategy and brand audit. To do this, we began by understanding the business model, audience expectations, and cultural nuances of Qatar’s luxury real estate market.
From there, we mapped a clear direction for growth, landing on one that placed the focus on user experience and business practicality.
Designing the brand, building the platform
We created a complete visual identity and a bilingual logo that bridges Arabic and English sensibilities. The final design was modern, elegant, and culturally rooted.
The centerpiece was a custom website, fully designed and developed by our team. The experience was built to evoke the feeling of walking into a five-star property: soft animations, immersive visuals, and a refined user journey that made browsing feel luxurious.
The website also introduced a property search platform, allowing NTC to display listings dynamically and manage future expansions easily.
